- ACDP -
Adult Community Day Program
Training and instruction are provided Monday through Friday in the community. Services are flexible and individualized to match each consumer's goals and objectives. Our current staff to consumer ratio is one instructor to three consumers. We provide one to one service if needed or necessary.
- ILS -
Independent Living Services
Independent Living Skills training is provided to individuals that choose to live or already live in the community on their own. Services provided are personalized to meet the support needs of each consumer. Instructions are provided in the consumer's home or in the community depending on the activity. There is no 24/7 staff supervision. Maximum support hours provided cannot be more than 40 hours per month.
- SLS -
Supported Living Services
SLS is for Individuals who choose to live or already live in the community with staff support and assistance. Services provided are individualized and flexible to meet the current support needs of each consumer and to assist with their daily living activities. Support plan varies from a few hours per day up to 24/7 staff supervision daily.

We promote self-advocacy and encourage our consumers to participate in making decisions about their lives. Our services are personalized based on each consumer's support needs. Our services are flexible because we understand that life happens and sometimes support needs change.

Our employees are experienced and dedicated. We believe in the teamwork approach and encourage full participation from our consumers and their circle of support (families, case managers, neighbors, church members, friends, etc.). We devote the time to get to know our consumers and support them with their individual goals.
